Fresh mint flowers in a creative arrangement.

How beautiful but sad that mint and other herbs ‘bolts’ when it senses it is approaching the end of its life to give seeds to continue its genetic line. When I moved to my current address some 20 years ago these plants were already growing in my front yard and have come back every year since. Sometimes I weed them because they can be really invasive but they hardly need any other maintenance and I enjoy the smell and look of them. Here I was just messing around with the extra cuttings. Hope you enjoy!
